Why Annie works in study abroad: I love the sense of adventure that is inherent to working in global education and I love empowering students to step out of their comfort zones and try new things. It's so exciting!

Advice for students preparing to go abroad: Always act with respect, and avoid the impulse to judge others before you understand them.

One of the most important lessons Annie learned while studying abroad or traveling: Unexpected things will always happen, but that is part of the adventure! Those things helped me learn more about who I am and how the world works.
