Boren Scholarship Scholarship InformationGeneral Eligibility: Undergraduates who are studying less commonly taught languages preferably in world regions critical to U.S. interests, and underrepresented in Global Education programs including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.Boren Scholars represent a vital pool of highly motivated individuals who wish to work in public service, especially in positions critical to U.S. national security.
