Why Jacob works in global education: I was fortunate to have many positive experiences living, studying, and working abroad during my time as a student at ASU. I want to provide the same excellent institutional and personal support that I received to current and future students as they develop academically, personally, and professionally through global education.

Advice for students preparing to go abroad: Like an exam, your experience abroad can be less stressful when you do your homework and reading ahead of time. Also, if you do not already have one, a portable charger is your friend!

One of the most important lessons Jacob learned while studying abroad or traveling: Whatever your destination, take some time to enjoy the journey.
