Why Lindsey works in global education: I love the excitement students have when they talk about their international experiences and I enjoy being part of the process of increasing access to international opportunities to reach even more students.
Advice for students preparing to go abroad: Keep an open mind! Be willing to try new things and push yourself outside of your comfort zone even when it seems scary or difficult.
One of the most important lessons Lindsey learned while studying abroad or traveling: Being put in a new place where I didn't speak the language was challenging, but it increased my confidence in my ability to problem-solve and think on my feet.
